I am a master’s student at Lancaster University studying Digital Humanities with a focus on the ancient world, specifically classics and pagan religion. My research aims to bring a greater focus to women in ancient religious spaces and how technology can be incorporated into the research of classics to explore different perspectives of the ancient world and make classical studies more accessible.
I am particularly interested in visualisation and delving deeper into the research questions that can be asked of source-based models. Specifically, what we can learn about the Pagan worshipper experience and women’s roles in Pagan religion through the visualisation of temples.
My interests also span across art and literature, from the Classical to the classic literature such as Wilde and the Brontë sisters. Therefore, I welcome questions and submissions on art, literature, and classical religion, as well as the ancient world more generally.
